Sunday June 30th 2021 is Fathers Day.
What to give your 'one in a million' dad. I'm not big on cards unless it's a home made one!
Here are a few ideas...
This year, I loved the idea of a subscription box.
We tried out this one from Blue Coffee Box.
Each box contains either one or two packs of speciality coffee.
Speciality coffee tastes fruity or chocolatey or floral or of caramel. The monthly subscription EcoBox or EcoPack will introduce you to taste profiles from across the world. From £7.99 a month.
If the dad in your life is a tea drinker, then I 100% recommend Tea from the Manor.
They have a special Fathers Day tea. It's a blend of Darjeeling and blue cornflower.
Darjeeling tea is known as the 'Champagne of Teas'. This is your traditional cup of tea, but better. The royal blue colour of the cornflowers lifts this tea making it a superior royal blend, fit for your King of the castle.
It's £3.80 for100g on offer, normally £4.75.
I also love the Fathers day gift box for £19.99. Same tea in a gift box alongside a luxury box of biscuits, a lovely mug and sweets.
Does the dad in your life love beer?
Ours does!! I love this gift box from Brew Dog. £14.95 for a medley of styles, from Lager and Hazy Pale Ale to the more left-field, such as Milkshake and Fruited IPAs.
6 craft beers and a glass. Perfect.
Another idea is to pop to your local independent paint it yourself pottery. Mine is on Winchcombe street in Cheltenham.
You can order an at home kit or book a table and paint in the studio. They sell cake and delicious hot chocolate so always worth a visit in my opinion!
They have lovely staff can help with personalisation. You can book table or home pack to enjoy with dad too. We had a date night at PIYP a while back and painted some lovely coffee mugs (badly). We had a great time.
What ever you do for Fathers Day, have a fabulous time celebrating wonderful dads.
